One~Eight Cocktail & Food Trio

Locally Distilled Spirits at the Grotto

We love local distillers. And one of our newest and favorite distillery additions is DC’s One~Eight Distilling.  They are doing some amazing things, especially when it comes to Rock Creek Rye.  This is grain to glass local.  And their Untitled series amazes us with every release.  Their Untitled releases are experimental, small batch spirits.  They are sold only at the distillery and at select partner bars like the Grotto.  Our DCGroni is made with their Untitled Gin #2, and out DC Sazerac features DC’s first locally distilled rye since prohibition: their Rock Creek Rye.  So we talked them into coming to the Grotto for our One~Eight Distilling Cocktail & Food Trio
